the staff was helpful. they helped me with directions. the room had a fridge and a tv. the bed was comfy.
the room felt very small. there was barely enough space for my luggage. i did not like the neighborhood. i thought it was not good.

the staffs were friendly and very professional, that was so nice. i really liked the complimentary bath salts and the variety of teas and coffees on the top floor. it was easy to get to convenience stores and a curry place.

shimbashi station is about ten minutes walking. tokyo tower is also a short walk away, that is perfect for seeing the city. several convenience stores are also close by.

a coco ichibanya curry restaurant is near the hotel, so getting a quick meal is easy. many restaurants and bars are on the way from shimbashi station. the 12th floor has a coffee machine.

the staff are super friendly and communicate well in english. they helped me send my luggage to other cities. they provide handy items like toothbrushes at reception.
